January is School Board Appreciation month. We want to thank our Board Members for all they do for us.
Clay Woodall- President, Mac Davis- Vice President- Angie Hunsucker-Secretary, Konnor McKay-Member, Stanley Cottrell-Member.

We are very grateful for the WSD maintenance crew and their efforts to get our campus ready for onsite instruction the last few days. We have been out driving today and have had reports from several other resources that show unsafe conditions throughout the area. There are many county roads and some city roads that are still completely covered. There will be a re-freeze tonight and we have even seen there is a chance for some freezing drizzle in the morning. We desperately want to get back to school but at this time, safety trumps everything. With all this being said, Waldron Public Schools will not be in session on Thursday, January 18th.
The Jr High basketball games at Dardanelle have been postponed until January 24th @ Dardanelle.

Dardanelle is also out of school tomorrow and will not host games. We will add 7th grade and have a 4 game night on Wednesday, January 24th @ Dardanelle.

Jr High Basketball games vs Ozark that was scheduled for Monday, Jan. 15th has been moved to Wednesday, Jan. 31st. Stay safe and stay warm!

Due to the current weather conditions, the board meeting scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to Monday, Jan. 22nd. Start time will remain 6:30 PM.
