Waldron Public Schools Home

Waldron School District would like to congratulate Ken Overturf on his retirement from the school bus. His last bus route was yesterday afternoon. After 11½ years transporting students for the Waldron School District, Ken Overturf is trading early alarms and “Everybody sit down!” for a schedule of his own!
Ken, thank you for the care you showed our students and for helping them get safely to school and home. You’ll be missed, but we’re excited for your next chapter.
Enjoy the ride, Ken—you’ve earned it!

Big news for Waldron Schools!

Waldron School District has earned a B School Letter Grade from the Arkansas Department of Education!

This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, staff, families, and community. We are proud of the progress being made across our district—and we’re not finished.
